MF SL Panels - EPS, PUR, PIR or Rock Wool

SL MF FLUSH PANEL

SL MF Flush Panel, the newest product from Dânica for Clean Rooms. Developed using the flush concept, where the groove free panel and sealing profile a voids the accumulation of particles. The product is also manufactured with continuous ducts that facilitate the passage of cables after the end of the installation.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Smooth, impermeable surfaces with no grooves, unused spaces or protuberances.
• DoES not release particles into the internal environment.
• Washable and easy to clean.
• Resistant to attackS from the main sanitizing agents
• THE FITTING OF THE PANELS ELIMINATES THE INTERNAL USE OF THE ROUNDED CORNERS FOR WALL-WALL FINISHES.
• THE JUNCTION WALL-CEILING AND WALL-FLOOR ARE ROUNDED.
• CLEAR COLORS THAT REFLECT AND DISTRIBUTE ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING BETTER.
• FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER CABLES, THE PANELS ARE INTERLINKED TO PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS DUCT THAT ALLOWS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CABLES BETWEEN ONE PANEL AND ANOTHER.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOINTS

• THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CORNER PROFILES AVOIDS THE ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS AND RESIDUES.
• THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE PANELS AND INTERFACES IN THE CLEAN ROOM ARCHITECTURE IS APPROXIMATELY 2.0 MM, BECAUSE OF ITS CONSTRUCTIVE PROFILE.
• THE SELF SUPPORTING PANELS, WHERE THE JUNCTION PASSES THROUGH A SYSTEM OF MF NESTING SLOT (MALE AND FEMALE).

CLADDING FEATURES

• SMOOTH PRE-PAINTED 0 .65 MM THICK PANELS IN STANDARD WHITE RAL 9003 (other colors available upon inquiry).
• SMOOTH PANELS IN BRUSHED STAINLESS STEEL 0.6 MM THICK.

INSULATION CHARACTERISTICS

• ROCK WOOL- Incombustible , WITH AN  apparent specific mass OF 80 KG/M3
