| Danica takes part at the FCE Pharma 2008 and shows the market innovations in doors and thermal-insulation panels |
The Danish manufacturer of thermal-insulation systems for cold rooms, civil engineering, clean rooms, naval and offshore, will take part for the 5th time at the FCE Pharma - International Exhibition of Technology for the Pharmaceutical Industry, which will be held in São Paulo (SP), from May 25 through 29.
The company has the objective, besides presenting its portfolio of products to the market, to generate new business opportunities, of strengthening relationships and to fortify itself even more as the pioneer and leader in the supply of construction systems for the architecture of clean rooms..
Products on Display
The visitor to the Danica booth will have the opportunity of getting to know the innovations in construction systems for clean rooms, such as the new Sealed Sliding Door. An innovative product that reunites all the benefits of economy of space so that the sliding doors obtains the most rigorous standards of contamination control for the segregation of areas, that only Danica offers. Their characteristics of construction with a seal profile made from silicon around its complete perimeter help the GMP procedures and standards governed by the FDA and ANVISA.
Other innovations that will be shown will be the Stainless Line, viewfinders with jetting and the MF Flush Panel SL.
The SL Flush Panel is made from a pre-painted zinc coated steel plate sheet covered with stainless or brushed steel with an insulating centre made from LDR (rock wool). The joints between the panels and the interfaces with other elements in the room, such as doors and viewfinders, are made without any visible element, which guarantees it the name of Flush. It also stands out for having an internal structure that is already prepared for cables, both electric and logic, which helps in the architecture of clean rooms.
Among the products that will be seen will be also be SL Doors with rounded corners (without any sharp edges), with a system of automation, interlocking and access commands such as the Touch Less. Another highlight are the modular partitions made from prefabricated panels, model SL Click, made from metallic covering and insulating center in PUR (polyurethane), PIR (polyisocyanurate) or LDR (rock wool) with a fitting systems for clips (clamps) that allow for the possible removal of the panels for layout modifications or maintenance, and favors a clean and complete installation.
Another focus that should attract the visitors is the SL Danica panels used in different types of applications, such as embedded ducts for utilities (gas, water and compressed air), air passage, electrical installation, logic signals and telephone, as well as applications for using sensors, hydraulics, luminous clocks and other solutions, accessories and devices required in clean rooms also highlighting Pass-Through (passage chamber) with an interlocking and UV ray system, a device to meet the needs for the elimination of virus, bacteria, molds, spores etc, that are undesirable agents in some applications in clean rooms.
