In addition to Product Certification, Danica has also Certified the Manufacturing Facilities to meet ISO 9001:2000 and its national equivalent NMX-CC-9001-INMC-2000. The principles of the Danica Quality Management Program are based on: Customer Focus leadership, empowerment of the associates and documented manufacturing processes. The Program encourages the associates to understand the manufacturing process and to propose improvement in quality and safety. ISO 9001:2000 The Danica Quality Management System for is aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and its national equivalent NMX-CC-9001-INMC-2000. The Danica manufacturing processes and facilities have been reviewed and ISO Certified. ASTM E84 The Danica wall and ceiling panels were tested in accordance with the procedures outlined in ASTM E84-07, Standard Test Method for Surface Burring Characteristics of Building Materials (NFPA 255, ANSI/UL 723 and UBC 8-1). This test method is intended to provide comparative measurements of surface flame spread and smoke density measurements with that of standard material. The Danica rockwool and polyisocyanurate, (PIR) insulated wall and ceiling panels have successfully passed the ASTM E84 test and are rated as Class A Building Materials on the Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Indexes. FM (Factory Mutal) This certification attests that our RIP panels until 9000mm length are classified as Fire-Resistance Class II for the standard FM 4880.
